I don’t know what you are really confused.But you can hold a simple mind,just don’t think too much.Things would happen when it’s time to happen.We couldn’t know here without there,now without then,up without down.Wake up your life,and believe your life.Remember,you are the only one who can really heal yourself.
Don’t torture yourself.We needn’t forget some things deliberately.Time will help us.
Maybe you can read some books about philosophy.
